Tostones (double-fried green plantains) are an iconically Hispanic recipe, making them perfect for our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Bite into the flavorful crunch of a veggie banh mi sandwich, featuring Chosen Foods Lime Mayo, toasted sesame oil, hot sauce, and plenty of healthy vegetables. The vegetarian version is just one of the many recipes found at street food carts, restaurants, and homes across the vibrant Southeast Asian country.

Thinly sliced grapes layered into the cheese add fruity bursts of ingenious flavor.
