Ingredients For Turkish Pasta Recipe 

Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil Squeeze 
1 lb ground beef 
1 tsp curry 
2 tsp paprika (divided) 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp pepper 
1 yellow onion 
2 garlic cloves 
2 cups Greek yogurt 
Juice of half a lemon 
8 oz small shaped pasta  
2 tbsp butter 
Garnish: cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley 
 


Directions For Turkish Pasta Recipe

1. Dice onion 
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat 
3. Add Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil Squeeze and ground beef, cook breaking it up until no longer pink 
4. Add onion and spices, stir well and cook until the beef starts to become crispy and onions are translucent 
5. In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice and a pinch of salt 
6. Bring a large pot of water & boil pasta until al dente 
7. In a small saucepan, melt butter & remaining 1 tsp of paprika, stir until combined 
8. Assemble bowls starting with cooked pasta, then top with yogurt sauce, ground beef mixture, cherry tomatoes and parsley. Drizzle with paprika butter sauce.
