Healthy Asian Lettuce Wraps

Let the herbs from our Earth Goddess Dressing & Marinade bring out the vibrant flavors of these delicious healthy Asian lettuce wraps.

Total Time: 25 minutes


  • 12 leaves of cabbage or butter leaf lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 pound ground meat of choice- pork, beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 cup Chosen Foods Earth Goddess Dressing, reserving the rest to use as topping at the end
  • 1/4 cup toasted cashews, roughly chopped 
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • Optional Toppings - ½ cup chopped cilantro, ¼ cup sliced green onions, or hot sauce


  1. Heat a saute pan up with avocado oil and bring to medium heat. 
  2. Add ground meat and saute about 5-7 minutes. 
  3. Add Chosen Foods Earth Goddess Dressing and saute another 5 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  4. Assemble wraps: Lay the lettuce or cabbage out first. Add meat, cashews, carrots, cilantro, green onions and top with more Earth dressing. 

NOTE: If you have a nut allergy you can eliminate the cashews.
